Arecont Vision announced the further expansion of its full line of H.264 MegaVideo® IP cameras with the addition of the Full HD 1080p Camera. Available in color, Day/Night and auto iris versions, the Full HD 1080p cameras incorporate Arecont Vision's fully-compliant implementation of H.264 (MPEG 4, Part 10) compression that uses up to 10 times on average less bandwidth and storage compared to megapixel counterparts using MJPEG compression.

True Full HD: 30fps@1920x1080p; 33fps@1280x1024; 45fps@1280x720

Minimum illumination: Color: 0.1 Lux @ F1.4 ; Day/Night: 0 Lux, IR sensitive

H.264 / MJPEG compression type

PSIA compliance: Fully compatible with PSIA industry standard and passes PSIA conformance test.

Privacy mask: The ability to select multiple regions of an arbitrary shape to block the video.

Extended motion detection grid: A higher granularity grid of 1024 distinct motion detection zones in contrast to 64 zones supported earlier. User can select between the old 64 zones based motion detection and new extended motion detection to provide backward compatibility with the existing NVR integration.

Flexible cropping: This feature provides finer image size cropping compared to previously supported cropping.
